Selection Process
Stage 1: Application Review

For the other positions, a personal interview will be conducted to assess suitability and communication.Stage 3: Document Verification
Candidates who clear the mock interview and/or skill assessment will qualify for document verification. You are to present all original documents such as educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, experience certificates, driving license (e.g. for the Driver position), ITI certificate (e.g. for technical positions), etc.

Stage 4: Medical Test
All shortlisted candidates go through a final medical check-up to determine medical and physical fitness for the position being applied for. The medical examination will be done according to the Army standards. Only those candidates who are found to be medically fit will be issued the final joining letter.
